Coffee Break with Sophia // Current Favorites

A coffee break is a great way to connect with friends over a nice cup of piping hot coffee. Today, I'm doing the same except through a computer/phone screen. So grab a cup of coffee and let's chat.

Today I will be sharing with y'all my current favorites.

Fashion
         1) Old Navy Pineapple Sweater- This grey sweater is adorned with pineapples making this the perfect spring sweater. It's great for coffee dates, brunch, or a while getting things done #productivity. Being a light sweater, it is perfect for the winter to spring transition piece.
        2)  Francesca's Jogger Pants - I recently saw jogger pants styled on Pinterest and I loved them! Jogger pants are a great way to be comfortable, but not be in your pajamas. I am a firm believer in dressing for success and if you are studying in pajamas, you will feel like curling up on the couch and watching Netflix hours on end. However, joggers prevent this while still be comfortable. I usually pair these pants with a graphic t-shirt or a sweatshirt with Birkenstocks.
3) Woolly Threads Sweatshirt - Recently I purchased a Woolly Threads Sweatshirt at a college I toured and loved. This sweatshirt is not only adorable, it's also extremely comfortable. If you are in a sorority or are in college, they have collegiate and greek life apparel. They also have Woolly Color Sweatshirts for those who choose to have their sweatshirt without a collegiate or greek life design.
4) Monogrammed Baseball Hat - Recently I have been wearing my monogrammed baseball hat
with a low ponytail. They add a simple yet preppy, cute touch to any outfit.
Food
  1) Pipcorn - As seen on Shark Tank, this mini popcorn is gluten-free, vegan, non-gmo, and all natural. I live a dairy-free lifestyle so all of these food items will be dairy-free or vegan. They can be ordered directly from the website or Whole Foods. They even have a cheddar flavor that is non-dairy.
 2) Surf Sweets - I'm not one for candy, but oh my goodness! Surf Sweets makes allergy friendly, organic candy and it is absolutely amazing. I recently tried the Fruity Hearts for Valentine's Day, however they have gummy bears, jelly beans, and more.
      3) Vegan Shepherd's Pie - Recently, I stumbled upon Vegan Shepherd's Pie at Whole Food's Hot Bar. I tried it and it was amazing. Filled with veggies and beans, topped with mashed potatoes, it would be wrong not to put it on this list. I have linked a recipe as Whole Foods has switched this meal out for a different one. Whole Foods creates meals based on a certain country on a weekly bases and they just changed to a different country.
   4)  Lilly x Starbucks S'well (Allegro Coffee) - I have been loving my new S'well bottle as it keeps my coffee at the perfect temperature. Secondly, I have been loving Allegro Coffee in my S'well. I love trying new coffee because but first, coffee. I always have my coffee black with a small amount of soy milk.
Be sure to follow me on Twitter and Instagram. I hope you enjoyed this coffee break where I shared my current favorites.

Tried and True Blue Oxford

Hello Everyone!
Today I am sharing with you guys a look featuring my tried and true blue oxford. This look is a great transition outfit from winter to spring. I also have been loving my S'well bottle, but if you haven't gotten your hands on one, check out my last post to see ways to find one. The reason my oxford is my tried and true, is because it can be layered, dressed up or down, and really customizable to fit the look you want.
My blue oxford is from Gap and I paired them with my pink and white shorts from Target. My sparkly silver shoes are from Jack Rogers. My watch is from Daniel Wellington and my dainty pink bracelet is from Polo Ralph Lauren. I am also wearing my fossil charm bracelet. As always, what I'm wearing will be linked below or an item similar.
Enjoy!

How To Find A Lilly Pulitzer x Starbucks S'well

Ahh the elusive Lilly Pulitzer x Starbucks S'well bottles. With four never before seen prints, these bottles have been popping up on Ebay. On Ebay, they are being sold anywhere from $60 for one to the nearly $300 for the whole set of four. And get this, they're selling. If you are not interested in purchasing yours from Ebay, below are tips on how to find a Lilly Pulitzer x Starbucks S'well water bottle.

Call The Actual Starbucks Retailer: Although this may come as an obvious tactic to some, it's important that you pull up a list of Starbuck's store in your area. Even if you don't live in a certain area where they have them, you may have a friend who does. When you call, state your name and that you were inquiring to see if they have any Lilly Pulitzer x Starbucks S'well bottle. If they (sadly) report they don't, thank them for their time, and continue your search. If they do in which case congratulations, ask them which pattern they have left. Above is the picture of all the prints and honestly they are all gorgeous no matter which pattern you find. Select your pattern and tell them to place it on hold under your name. If you live locally it won't be a problem of them holding it. However, if you live quite a distance away, ask them to place it on hold until the end of the day and be sure to get it before closing time. Otherwise, they may take it off hold and sell it so someone else.
Go in With A Friend: Personally, this how I found my Lilly Pulitzer x Starbucks S'well bottle. One of my friends used the above method, and was able to purchase the Palm Beach Jungle pattern. However, when she asked if I was looking for one I of course replied with an enthusiastic yes! I called the same Starbucks she placed her's on hold at, and asked them to hold another water bottle under her name. As I mentioned before, they only had the Palm Beach bottle left, however this was my favorite pattern so I was ( and still am ) thrilled! This Starbucks isn't too far away, but a friend picked up both of bottles for us. You don't have to just call though, you can go into that local Starbucks store you pass on the way to work or school. So what does this mean for you? Ask your friend if she is looking for one as well. If so, you both can call and visit stores that are near the both of you. If one of you stumbles upon it, the other will pick up the bottle for the other. Be sure to tell your friend your favorite pattern, or if you don't have a preference. If this is successful, you and a friend now have the bottles!
Lilly Pulitzer Giveaway: Lilly Pulitzer is currently having a giveaway where 30 people will be winning a Lilly Pulitzer x Starbucks S'well bottle. From now until March 1, 2017 you can enter once a day in the winners will be contacted via email March 3, 2017.
Online: If none of the above methods prove effective, the bottles will be online as of February 28th. This is as of right now, but the best way to stay up to date is to be on the Lilly Pulitzer email list, to be most up to date. If the big day remains February 28, 2017, it is important to be ready for action as these will sell out quickly. These bottles are highly sought after by Lilly lover's of all ages. Be prepared for whenever they are released because these will probably sell out very quickly.
Good luck and I hope you all find a Lilly Pulitzer x Starbucks S'well bottle!
