Touring The University of Florida

Hello Everyone!

Going on a road trip has to be one of my most favorite things to do. Today, my family and I took a few hour road trip up to Gainesville, Florida to tour the University of Florida. This was my first college visit and I had a blast! The campus is just gorgeous and the atmosphere is amazing! The town surrounding it just as wonderful. I had the opportunity to look at the fraternity and sorority houses. This only heightened my excitement to be apart of a sorority when the time comes. The houses were stunning. Outside the Phi Mu house, which was pink (yes pink!), there was alumni and their daughters taking pictures. I absolutely loved it, it embodied everything you would wish for in a college experience.

As for my outfit, my shorts are from Gap. My shirt is from Crown and Ivy. My bracelets are from Lilly and Laura and my shoes are my Birkenstocks (wear comfortable shoes the campus is a beautiful 2,000 acres).

Summer and Scallops

Hello Everyone!

Here in sunny Florida, we are not lacking any beaches (or any body of water for that matter). Ponce Inlet is one of Florida's beautiful beaches. Whether you want to fish, surf or relax, the beach is the perfect place to do so. The weather was nice with a slight breeze making for a more bearable temperature. Honestly, it was the picture perfect beach day, literally.

My outfit captures the timeless, effortless feel of the beach. My shirt is from Gap as well as my scalloped shorts. My watch is from Daniel Wellington and my bracelets are from Divinity LA. My pink and white shoes are Jack Rodgers.

Back To School Checklist

It's that time of year again, back to school season! Today, I am sharing with you guys my essentials including supplies, outfit and everything in between. I have a corresponding Youtube video to this which is linked down below. I had a blast filming this and a huge thank you to my mother for filming this. She is a huge supporter in all I do which makes her the best 'momager'.  She also captured some beautiful moments while we were exploring Mount Dora.

Here's The Scoop!

Happy National Ice Cream Day (EVE)!! Tomorrow is National Ice Cream Day. Ice cream is a universal treat that both the young and old can appreciate. There are so many mouth watering flavors, and there is even vegan ice cream, yes VEGAN ice-cream. My favorite is the PB and Cookie and Mocha Chocolate from Non-Dairy Ben and Jerry's. Today, I visited the cutest ice cream shop Scoops on 5th in Mount Dora, Florida.

Any shop that is quaint and cute already has my attention, and Scoops is not different! From the chocolate dipped cones to the baked goods it is a picture perfect place. A Lilly Lover OOTD

Hello everyone!
I love finding little shops in even smaller towns. I recently found this decked out pink shop that had everything a girl could ever want. Finding and exploring shops is one of my favorite things to do. Thats one of the reasons I love blogging/vlogging. Photography in itself is such a unique art form, I just love it.

My outfit is for every Lilly lover! My sweater is Lilly as well as my skirt. It is actually a Lilly Original which is amazing! It's truly all in the details, as even the tag is beautiful. My shoes are silver Jack Rodgers. My watch is from Daniel Wellington and my bracelets are Alex and Ani. My earrings are Marc Jacobs.

Donut Worry Be Happy

Hi everyone! I hope you all are having a fabulous weekend! Every time I travel near Mount Dora, I always see this gorgeous pink food truck. It always has a long line and I just knew that it would be delicious. Well, I was right! If you are ever in the Mount Dora area, check out Joy Donuts. They have a Facebook page so you can see where they are going to be that weekend/ what flavors they have that weekend.

For my outfit, I'm wearing a bright yellow dress from Dilliards. My shoes are silver glitter Jack Rodgers. My watch is Daniel Wellington and I'm wearing my Alex and Ani bracelets. My earrings are from Marc Jacobs. I love this outfit and appreciate how bright and summery it is!

Leading In Lilly

I really have been loving bright outfits for the summer. My white polo is from Ralph Lauren. My shorts are none other than Lilly Pulitzer. The perfect summery shoe aka my pink and white shoes are Jack Rodgers. My earrings are studs from Macys and they so Pinterest-y which makes me love them even more. Im pairing them with my monogram necklace and Lilly and Laura bracelets. I had a lot of fun with this outfit and think it is perfect for a hot summer day.

A Whaley Happy Fourth of July!

Happy Independence Day! Today, I reflect on what it truly means to be an American. When I say I'm proud to be an American I truly, deeply mean that. I also want to pay tribute to our military active and non-active. Please take a moment to thank God, and reflect on what it means to live in this great country.
